Rebecca Finley is an award-winning, multi-faceted marketing communications leader and strategist based in Nashville, TN with deep experience transforming and invigorating brands, organizations and programs,  and directing marketing budgets across multi-channel plans from strategy to execution. Rebecca leverages skills as a former journalist and consultant to deploy insightful marketing messages, campaigns and communications that deliver measurable returns. Known for nurturing, developing and aligning talented and collaborative teams, across all disciplines, that consistently produce relevant, ingenious, strategic content and messaging.

Rebecca has developed and led large-scaled crisis response efforts and has worked in sectors including healthcare, insurance, Fortune 100 corporations, as well as start-ups and grassroots organizations.

Rebecca is a recipient of The Nashville Business Journal’s Chief Marketing Officer Award; she is a Hull Fellow, named by the Southeastern Council on Foundations, and also a recipient of a national award by the U.S. Office Of Housing and Urban Development. She has been honored with several awards by the Public Relations Society of America and the Advertising Federation of America, local chapters.

Rebecca is dedicated to community organizations and has served as board chair of End Slavery, TN and Overbrook School’s Executive Council.
